Code 11.2 2 S2RT/R Backscattering from Rayleigh Layer with Distinct Upper Boundary

This module computes the backscattering coefficient, σ0, for a weakly scattering Rayleigh layer with albedo a ≤ 0.2. The layer is above a ground surface, and its upper and lower interfaces are characterized by the PRISM model with an exponential correlation function. The dielectric constant of the middle layer and ground surface can each be specified as: ϵ = ϵ' -j ϵ''. Other parameters that are specified are the: rms height of the top and ground surfaces, frequency, and the single-scattering albedo, layer thickness, and the extinction coefficient of the middle layer.
